Wrexham's Kop Stand redevelopment continues to take shape, with fresh footage showing further progress on the facade, flooring and roof structure.
However, challenging windy conditions are creating additional difficulties for construction crews working at the Racecourse Ground.
Progress continues at the Racecourse Ground despite difficult weather
This latest update, captured by Roberts and Daughter on the afternoon of Monday 26th October, shows improvements to the stand's glass facade, with additional structural steel installed and insulation work continuing at height using a cherry picker.
Elsewhere, workers are installing flooring on the left-hand side of the site, while cranes continue moving structural components into position.
Attention is also turning towards the roof, where adjustments are being made to the cross beams to ensure the structure is correctly aligned.
Although the changes are difficult to distinguish from ground level, the work remains an important part of progressing the stand's construction.
Windy weather is proving a challenge for the workforce, particularly with lifting operations and work involving large structural components.
The new footage highlights the importance of suitable conditions as crews continue working across several areas of the development.
Despite the weather, activity remains ongoing, with facade work, flooring installation and roof adjustments all contributing to the next stage of the project.
FGG says: Facade and roof progress an encouraging sign at Wrexham
The latest footage offers another encouraging update for Wrexham supporters, with the glass facade and internal flooring providing further signs of the stand taking shape.
Roof alignment work may be less obvious, but it remains an important part of delivering the finished structure safely and accurately.
Wind could complicate the pace of construction, yet the continued activity across the site gives supporters more visible progress to follow as the long-awaited Kop redevelopment advances.
