The only thing that comes anywhere close to matching the importance of the football itself at a stadium, is the scran available inside the ground. Two Norwich fans appeared to hit the jackpot in this regard during the club's play-off semi-final against Leeds United at Elland Road on May 16.
After taking to social media, the supporters had plenty of fans in the comments in complete awe of the dish.

Two Norwich supporters took to X, formerly Twitter, to make known the incredible piece of grub they had the privilege of eating during an away day at Elland Road.
The food in question was a massive portion of loaded fries, topped with an array of tasty, fresh vegetables and what appears to be chicken strips – all for the price of £7.50, which in this day and age, is actually a fairly decent price to pay.
Of course, food isn't everything at a game of footy, but a good bit of scran ahead of kick-off sets the tone for the rest of the night, and these Canary fans were certainly feeling good before the match in Leeds.
As alluded to, a number of supporters flocked to social media to voice their appreciation of the food, many of which demonstrated a touch of jealousy – and who can blame them?
One such fan simply said “scrantacular” while another added that the food looked “superb”.
Not all comments were positive, however, leading to the fan behind the photo insisting that the fries were better than they looked – and they already looked pretty good to us.
Scran stars as footy lets Norwich fans down
The grub may have been at the top of its game at Elland Road, but that doesn't mean the Norwich players followed suit. David Wagner's side found themselves a goal down within seven minutes, a margin that the home side doubled via Joel Piroe in the twentieth minute.
The travelling Canaries were then 3-0 down shortly before half-time.
As it stands, Norwich are huge underdogs in the tie and face a monumentally uphill battle to advance to the Championship play-off final. At least they were able to fill their stomachs with some good grub ahead of kick-off, although they likely don't care about that anymore.
