Jack Grealish has been a revelation since making the move from Manchester City to Everton in the summer, and the Everton fans have already fallen in love with him.

While that is always a risk when it comes to a loan player, there is an expectation that the Toffees will try and sign the former Villa man on a permanent deal next summer.

Regardless, the Everton faithful have already created a new Jack Grealish chant that has been doing the rounds at the Hill Dickinson Stadium and in Everton away ends.

Read on for more information on the lyrics, tune and story behind the chant.

Jack Grealish chant lyrics and tune

The current Jack Grealish chant being sung by Everton fans is sung to the tune of ‘Push it' by Salt-N-Pepa and the lyrics are as follows:

On loan from City,

He couldn't get a game,

F**k Guardiola, not coming back again,

He loves the Toffees,

And getting on the p**s,

Our number 18, his name is Jack Grealish,

Du, du, du, du, du, du, du, du, du, du, du

Jack Grealish chant background

In years gone by, the most sung Jack Grealish chant has been the classic ‘Super Jacky Grealish' one, but Everton fans aren't historically ones for recycling chants, so it's no surprise to see them create their own.

Whether this is the one they stick with remains to be seen, as it has struggled to fully take off at home matches.

FGG says: A catchy tune with decent lyrics

The ‘Push it' tune is becoming increasingly popular with football fans in this country when it comes to new football chants, and it's easy to see why. The lyrics to his Everton effort are largely good, and you can imagine the Hill Dickinson Stadium bouncing to it after a late Grealish winner.
