Champions League Final: Ticket prices and allocations at Wembley

The Champions League final is set to take place this Saturday at Wembley Stadium with Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund set to battle it out for the biggest prize in club football. Both sets of fans will now either be making their final preparations before making the trip to London or already en route to the English capital.

Champions League final ticket prices and allocations have been the subject of much debate for many years now with fan allocations frequently failing to make up even 50% of the stadium's capacity. Meanwhile, ticket prices have often been eye-watering with UEFA accused of pricing working-class fans out of their biggest game.

Here is everything you need to know about the 2024 Champions League final ticket prices and allocations.

What are the Champions League final ticket prices?

Champions League ticket prices vary depending on whereabouts in the stadium you want to sit and whether you are purchasing the tickets through UEFA or through one of the two clubs in the final – Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

Thanks to UEFA's ‘fan first' scheme, fans purchasing tickets through Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund will only have to pay £60 for their tickets. These tickets are now all sold out with season ticket holders and members from both clubs snapping out all of their allotted tickets.

Fans purchasing tickets through UEFA's general sale were subject to higher costs. Neutrals were given the opportunity to apply for Champions League final tickets in April and all successful applicants were notified at the beginning of May. Champions League final ticket prices for neutral fans were as follows:

  • Category 1: £610
  • Category 2: £430
  • Category 3: £160
  • Accessibility: £60

Champions League final hospitality

Unlike most matches at Wembley, hospitality tickets weren't made available to Club Wembley members. Instead, UEFA have been selling hospitality packages to fans for the past couple of months. All hospitality packages come with a category one match ticket and a premier dining experience pre-match.

Champions League final hospitality options:

  • Private Skybox Gold – £5,900pp
  • Prestige Restaurant – £4,600pp
  • Prestige – £4,200pp

At the time of writing, UEFA only have Private Skybox Gold packages available. Fans can make enquiries via the official UEFA website.

Champions League final allocations

Wembley Stadium has a capacity of 90,000 but only 60,000 of these seats have been allocated to fans for the Champions League final. From here, 50,000 were allocated to the two competing clubs (25,000 each) and the extra 10,000 were sold directly by UEFA via their official ballot.

The decision to only allocate 50,000 tickets to the two competing finalists hasn't gone down well with fans across Europe. Considering this is the biggest game in club football, many people feel that the vast majority of the stadium should be packed out with fans who have been following Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

Over 25,000 tickets have been given to corporate sponsors which also hasn't gone down well. As a result, there are fears that Wembley could look half-empty when the second half kicks off due to sponsors taking advantage of the half-time hospitality.
