How to get Chelsea vs Shamrock Rovers tickets for Conference League clash

On Thursday, 19 December, Chelsea will welcome Irish footballing outfit Shamrock Rovers to West London, as Stamford Bridge plays host to the Blues' latest Europa Conference League clash.

Enzo Maresca's side are currently enjoying a relatively straightforward campaign in Europe and are the only team in the competition with a perfect record from their opening five matches.

However, this will be far from an easy game as Shamrock Rovers have also impressed in the tournament and are one of only three teams still boasting an unbeaten record.

After a logistical nightmare of a trip to Kazakhstan last time out, Chelsea fans will be delighted to have a match back on home soil. Here is everything you need to know about how to get Chelsea vs Shamrock Rovers tickets.

Chelsea vs Shamrock Rovers tickets: Buying guide

Home tickets

Demand for this fixture was extremely high and as such, you should not be surprised to learn that Chelsea tickets for this game never went to general sale. The initial sales process started back in September when season ticket holder were able to secure their seats.

At the end of October, those same season ticket holders were able to purchase more tickets from still available seats. The following day, tickets were then made available to supporters with a minimum of 12 loyalty points – which most match-going supporters would have.

Chelsea vs Shamrock Rovers tickets were priced as a Category G game – the price list for which is as follows:

  • Adult – £13.5- – £27
  • Junior – £13.50

These tickets are currently sold out via the club's official ticketing page, with hospitality tickets the only option still available (more on these later).

Away tickets

Shamrock Rovers were handed an incredible 3,000 ticket allocation for this fixture – that's larger than most allocation in the Champions League. Impressively, the club sold out of all 3,000 tickets in just two days when they went on sale in early November.

This should be no surprise given the incredibly passionate fanbase Shamrock possesses, as well as the fact that the team rarely gets to play against a team of Chelsea's calibre.

If you are a Rovers fan still desperate to attend the match, then don't panic; we will discuss two more options for you down below.

Chelsea vs Shamrock Rovers hospitality tickets

One option for both sets of supporters still hoping to attend the game is to purchase hospitality tickets, albeit you will need deep pockets in order to do so.

Chelsea have a total of eight matchday packages on sale for this game, seven of which are geared towards home fans and one towards travelling away supporters.

The price list of all eight is as follows:

Home fans

  • The Dugout Club – Home – £960
  • The Diamond Suite – £960
  • Platinum VIP tickets – £840
  • Gold VIP tickets – £695
  • Silver VIP tickets – £580

Chelsea vs Shamrock Rovers tickets: Alternative options

If none of the methods above are proving fruitful, then one remaining option for supporters desperate to get their hands on Chelsea vs Shamrock Rovers tickets is the third-party resale markets.

These websites often have a large collection of tickets for most fixtures, albeit at extremely inflated prices compared to what would be considered ‘fair market value'. Two such websites are as follows:

At the time of writing, Livefootballtickets currently have a total of 752 tickets available for this game, the cheapest of which is £46.99.

The main concern with such sites is the authenticity of the tickets being sold. While many provide their own respective guarantees you can never be too careful. If purchasing tickets through this method, we recommend you be diligent and always proceed with caution.
