Arsenal have added another batch of City's unsold tickets to their own ticketing allocation ahead of Sunday's Community Shield at the Principality Stadium.
The latest availability has reportedly pushed the expected split towards roughly 75 per cent Arsenal supporters and 25 per cent Manchester City fans, meaning the Cardiff stadium could be a sea of red when the two Premier League heavyweights meet.
It will be the first time since 2006 that the Community Shield has been staged at the Principality Stadium.
The fixture is being taken away from London this year because The Weeknd's ‘After Hours til Dawn' tour is scheduled for Wembley Stadium on the same day.
The Principality Stadium previously hosted the Community Shield, along with the FA Cup and League Cup finals, between 2001 and 2007 while the new Wembley was being constructed.
The fixture has occasionally been moved away from Wembley since then.
Villa Park hosted Manchester City against Chelsea in 2012 because Wembley was being used for the Olympics, while Leicester City's King Power Stadium staged the 2022 meeting between Manchester City and Liverpool during the Women's European Championship.
