New drone footage has offered Wrexham supporters another look at progress on the Kop Stand redevelopment at the Racecourse Ground.

The latest update shows further roof work, terracing installation and finishing touches as the £69m project continues to take shape.

Latest Racecourse Ground footage highlights Kop Stand roof progress

Footage filmed by CC Overview on October 20th shows continued work on the roof structure, with just one support appearing to remain outstanding compared with the previous update.

Significant progress is also visible across the stand's structural steelwork, including front breaker beams and concrete terracing steps.

The site compound remains focused on terracing installation, while painting is continuing across different sections of the development.

Glass installation is expected in parts of the lower sections, with deliveries and lifting operations also taking place around the site.

Some panels appear to be undergoing minor drilling and preparation ahead of the final cladding work.

Although activity appeared relatively quiet during this particular visit, the footage highlights how the project is moving beyond its main structural phase towards more detailed installation and finishing work.

FGG says: Kop Stand redevelopment is entering an important phase

The latest footage offers encouraging signs for Wrexham supporters, with the roof structure nearing completion and terracing work continuing to progress.

There is still plenty to finish, but the growing amount of visible detail is bringing the long-awaited stand closer to becoming a functioning part of the Racecourse Ground.

The next updates should provide a clearer picture of how quickly the remaining work can advance.
