The Champions League play-offs are upon us, and this extra round of fixtures has thrown up some brilliant matches. The pick of them is Real Madrid vs. Man City.

It's the fourth time in as many years that the two clubs have met in the knockout stages of the Champions League and with the second leg taking place at the Bernabeu on Wednesday, 19 February, tickets are in huge demand.

How the tie will look heading into the second leg is anyone's guess, but based on the three other ties, the match is likely to go down to the wire. If you are still on the lookout for Real Madrid vs Man City tickets, our guide below has you covered.

Real Madrid vs Man City tickets: Buying guide

Home tickets

The recent Bernabeu renovation has only increased demand for Real Madrid tickets and aside from matches against Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, this fixture against Man City is one of the most in-demand tickets for Madridistas.

Home tickets for this match are being sold via the following staggered approach:

  • 5 February: Season ticket holders
  • 6 February: UEFA affected members
  • 7 February: Non-season ticket holder members
  • 10 February: Madridistas premium
  • 11 February: General public

Ticket prices aren't cheap, and Real Madrid fans will have to fork out if they want to see their team take on Pep Guardiola's side. Real Madrid vs Man City ticket prices are as follows:

  • Lateral Oeste: €119 – €325
  • Lateral Este: €119 – €325
  • Fondo Norte: €81 – €245
  • Fondo Sur: €81 – €245

Away tickets

After being regular visitors over the past four seasons, Manchester City fans will be well accustomed to the Bernabeu away section. The away end is in the top corner of the Fondo Norte in the fourth tier of the Bernabeu – in other words, out of the way.

Man City have been allocated 3,913 tickets for the match against Real Madrid, all priced at £50 each. This is a slightly bigger allocation at a slightly lower price than the same fixture last season, although that match was a quarter-final.

As with all Man City away fixtures, priority is being given to those supporters who have accumulated the most loyalty points in recent years.

Hospitality

VIP tickets are still on sale for Real Madrid vs Man City with prices starting at €690pp and that's for the most basic package. For more information on what hospitality options are available, visit the VIP section of the Real Madrid website.

It's worth noting that the club aren't allowing anyone in the United Kingdom to purchase hospitality tickets, so this isn't a viable option for Man City fans.

Real Madrid vs Man City tickets: Alternative options

Given how in demand this match is, fans without the relevant membership and/or points only really have one alternative option available to them if they are set on trying to get inside the Bernabeu on 19 February, and that is to use a third-party website.

These websites have grown in popularity in recent years but there are understandable concerns about the legitimacy of some of them. We've recently reviewed two of the biggest ticket resale websites around to save you some time when it comes to buying football tickets on the resale market:

At the time of writing, LiveFootballTickets is advertising Real Madrid vs Man City tickets, with prices starting at £323.
