How to get Celtic vs Bayern Munich tickets for Champions League clash

On Wednesday, 12 February, Celtic will take on Bayern Munich in the Champions League play-off round at Celtic Park. Both sides will be looking to book their place in the last 16 of this year’s competition after missing out on the top eight in the ‘League Phase’.

The Scottish side finished 21st in the League Phase, while Vincent Kompany’s side just missed out on the top eight, finishing 12th on 15 points.

Celtic are enjoying a successful season under Brendan Rodgers, as they sit 10 points ahead of Rangers in the Scottish Premiership.

Home tickets

Celtic announced on 31 January that tickets for the upcoming Champions League clash were on sale to Season Ticket Holders. They had until 2pm on Thursday 4 February to secure their seat for the visit of the Bavarian giants. Tickets were priced as follows:

  • Adults – £46
  • Concessions – £36
  • Under 13 – £32

(Includes £1.50 booking fee per ticket)

On their club website, Celtic also provided supporters with important information concerning UEFA’s relocation requirements. They said:

“Due to UEFA requirements, a small number of Season Ticket holders will be unable to secure their seasonal seat for this match.

“Those impacted by UEFA requirements who are not on the Home Cup Ticket Scheme will be able to purchase an alternative seat during a priority relocations period from 3pm on Wednesday, February 5 until 10am on Thursday, February 6.”

Away tickets

Bayern supporters were able to make a ticket application for the upcoming game until 10am CET on Monday 3 February. It is expected that the away end will sell out at Celtic Park.

Hospitality

You can register your interest in purchasing hospitality packages on Celtic’s website. The two main match packages at Celtic are ‘Club 67’ and Number 7’ – both include padded seating to watch the game, as well as pre- and post-match entertainment.

Currently, you can buy hospitality packages for the upcoming league and cup games against Dundee and Raith Rovers at Celtic Park.
