Crystal Palace have made it through to the Europa Conference League semi-finals, and next up for the Eagles in their quest for European glory is Shakhtar Donetsk.
The Ukrainian giants have done remarkably well to reach this stage of the competition considering they haven't played a European home match in Ukraine since 2022, and they will provide Palace with a stern test.

Home tickets
Shakhtar Donetsk put tickets for the match against Crystal Palace on sale on Friday, 17 April. The tickets were made available to all supporters, but fans who have attended at least one of Shakhtar's other European matches in Krakow this season have been given a 20% discount on standard tickets and a 10% discount on VIP tickets.
Shakhtar have warned that all supporters who purchase tickets will be required to enter their personal details, which match official documentation. Random ticket checks will take place at the turnstiles to ensure each ticket holder is legitimate.
Shakhtar have not put any obvious blocks on Crystal Palace fans purchasing tickets in home sections, which could make for interesting viewing on the night.

Away tickets
Crystal Palace have been given an allocation of 2,000 tickets for the match at the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium, which is more than the 5% minimum they are entitled to. Tickets went on sale for the match on Friday, 17 April and are being sold to supporters who have attended the most Europa Conference League away matches this season.
If there is demand, then Crystal Palace could ask Shakhtar for more tickets. Due to the unique circumstances of the match being played in Poland, away teams are often given whatever they ask for.
