Following their dramatic win over Roma, Manchester United's European campaign is alive and kicking. The Red Devils have six points from their first four games, and likely need four points from their final four games to secure a place in the Champions League playoff round.
Next up for United is a trip to Portugal to take on Sporting Lisbon on Wednesday, 25 November. A win in the Portuguese capital would put them in an excellent position ahead of their final three league phase fixtures.
As ever, United can expect a strong following for the match at the Estadio Jose Alvalade. If you are still looking for tickets, here is everything you need to know.
Sporting Lisbon vs Man Utd tickets
Home tickets
Tickets in the home sections for the match between Sporting Lisbon and Man Utd first went on sale on 27 October. The first ticket window, which ran until 4 November, was open to official Sporting members with the highest number of loyalty points.
From 5 November, all Sporting members, regardless of their loyalty points, have been eligible to purchase tickets.
It is unlikely that Sporting will open the sales process up to the general public, as that would give Man Utd supporters the chance to buy tickets in the home sections, something they want to actively avoid.
Away tickets
Manchester United have been allocated 2,650 tickets for the match, and all of these are now sold out. Only supporters with three or more European credits (three previous European away match tickets over the last three seasons) were successful in the ballot.
All supporters who were unsuccessful in the initial ballot will remain on a reserve list should the club receive any returns.
All Man Utd tickets for the match are priced at £33.
Resale tickets
As Man Utd tickets are now sold out, many fans will consider using third-party websites to secure tickets for the match.
While these websites are often a route into sold-out events, you should always exercise caution when using them, as they often lack security/insurance guarantees and tickets are nearly always priced higher than face value.
In order to give you some peace of mind, and an idea of what to expect from third-party resale sites, Football Ground Guide have reviewed two of the most popular options, LivefootballTickets and Seatpick. Check them out below:
