Ahead of the club's play-off semi-final first-leg tie against Barnsley on May 3, supporters could be heard singing an impressive new Bolton chant.
The Trotters have enjoyed a successful campaign so far, finishing third in League One and their supporters were clearly in party mode ahead of the match. Bolton winning that game 3-1 also means we may soon be hearing the chant bellowing out of the stands at Wembley very soon.

Some may say Bolton fans have entered party mode too early, but all fanbases have been guilty of this in the past. Our passion often causes us to start the celebrations a little too early.
However, early or not, a brand-new chant is never a bad thing and it appeared to have a positive affect on the team, helping the Trotters secure a potentially vital 3-1 victory in the first leg of the play-offs.
The chant that went “Baxter at the back, Aaron Collins in attack. We got Paris, Sheehan and Tommo. On the bench, we've got Cameron Jerome.” was sung in high spirits ahead of kick-off – spirits that only grew as the game unfolded.
We all love a good chant, and this is certainly one of them.
Will Bolton Wanderers return to the Championship?
After securing an impressive 3-1 victory in the first leg, Bolton are now in a very strong position within the tie and are the overwhelming favourites to advance to the play-off final.
This is, of course, no guarantee, but supporters could be forgiven for believing that if that were to happen, the Trotters would stand a very good chance of returning to the Championship.
Their opponents would be one of either Oxford United or Peterborough United. Bolton are unbeaten against both this campaign. and even recorded a 5-0 victory over the former just under two months ago.
With that in mind, the Championship may want to prepare itself for a new Bolton chant potentially hitting their stadiums next season.
