Home tickets
All home tickets for the match between PSV and Liverpool are sold out meaning that Phillips Stadion will be packed with passionate PSV supporters on Wednesday night. Tickets were sold in a staggered approach by the club in the following order:
- Priority one: PSV Season Club Cardholders
- Priority two: Members of the PSV Supporters Association
- Priority three: PSV Fan Club Members
- Priority four: PSV Club Cardholders
The club put a blanket ban on any tickets being sold to fans in the UK to prevent Liverpool fans from buying tickets in the home sections.
Away tickets
The PSV away section isn't the biggest in Europe and as a result, Liverpool were only allocated 1,645 tickets for the match. Liverpool fans typically travel well in Europe and these tickets quickly sold out with the club using the following criteria to determine eligibility:
- Priority one: Season ticket holders who had attended seven or more European away matches since 2022.
- Priority two: Season ticket holders who had attended six or more European away matches since 2022.
- Priority three: Season ticket holders who had attended five or more European away matches since 2022.
This doesn't mean to say that there will only be 1,645 Liverpool fans in Eindhoven on Wednesday. Liverpool fans often travel in large numbers without tickets and Eindhoven is a city with plenty to offer so authorities are expecting a large scouse following.
