Wrexham's dream of reaching the Premier League inched ever closer last season when they secured their third consecutive promotion to reach the Championship. As a result, the Red Dragons will line up in the second tier of English football this season for the first time since 1982.
Given the success they have achieved since Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney purchased the club in 2021, another promotion charge could be on the cards once again this season, even if the bookies don't overly fancy their chances of making it four in a row.
While success on the pitch and money off it have certainly helped, Wrexham's support has been impressive over the past four years. Away from home, in particular, the Wrexham faithful have made themselves heard and even outnumbered home fans on occasion.
These fans will be relishing another year of following their team on the road, particularly as the calibre and size of the stadia they will visit will go up once again.
